Tenders are invited for Provisions of Eufor Aviation Network Extension

Any request for clarification must be received by the Contracting Authority in writing at least 21 days before the deadline for submission of bids. The Contracting Authority will reply to bidders' questions at least 11 days before the deadline for submission of bids. If the Contracting Authority, either on its own initiative or in response to a request from a bidder, provides additional information on the bidding dossier, it will send such information in writing to all bidders at the same time. Costs incurred by the bidders in preparing and submitting the bid proposals will not be reimbursed. We look forward receiving your bid and the accompanying bid guarantee in the amount of 5, 000.00 EUR at the address specified in the Instructions to Bidders before or on Monday, 13th May 2024 at 14:00 hr.
