The work concerns a project forming part of the European recovery and resilience plan.
This is the "PRR Citadelle" which aims to dismantle an old sports hall with a view to the reconstruction of new course premises at the Hotel Campus of the Province of Namur.
The maThe research in question relates to the second phase of the PRR: the reconstruction of new course premises.
The building to be constructed will be located in almost the same position as the hall, that is to say between an embankment vegetated and an existing building.
It will be attached to the neighboring building on the entirethe height of the ground floor. This volume will be evacuated during the entire work.
The building will be developed on 3 levels: ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor.
-The ground floor will accommodate the secretarial and management offices, the professional kitchen with its dining roomadjoining room, changing rooms, technical rooms, an infirmary and a classroom.
-The 1st floor will accommodate 5 classes, two of which can communicate, a work room, a library and a computer room.
-The top floor will include 2 auditoriums, a great class, a large and small roommeeting room as well as the kitchenette and teachers' room.
The project must respect the DNSH principle and thus respect the 6 environmental objectives set by Europe, namely:
