The subject of preparatory market consultations is the preparation of tender documents for the upcoming above-limit tender for the procurement of 20 rescue vessels with an outboard motor, with a low draft and with a trailer for transporting the vessel for the needs of the Fire and Rescue Service. Vessels will be used atthe performance of rescue and flood works, evacuation of people, animals and material, ecological accidents and other extraordinary events, and during training on water courses and water surfaces, also in the case of flood works in flooded areas during floods. In Slovakia, there are river systems ranging from smallwatercourses such as torrents and streams, through the watercourses of water-economically important rivers. Each watercourse or water surface requires a different technical means when carrying out intervention activities by the fire department.
