Description : Provision of Security Services subject for public bidding.

1 Prospective bidder has been in the business for at least five (5) years;

2 Prospective bidder must possess an active or renewed license to operate a security agency

3 Certification by the prospective bidder on the supervision of security guards

4 Provision of firearms and other allied equipment including but not limited to baton, flash light, first aid kit, handcuffs;

• The company firearms and its employees must have a valid license;

• The company must provide a copy of these licenses;

5 Provision of presentable uniform;

6 Only active members of PADPAO-Region VII or other association within Region VII recognized by the PNP-CSG-SOSIA are qualified to submit sealed bids;



7 Daily wage and other related statutory benefits presented should be in accordance with the Daily Minimum Wage as prescribed by the Regional Tripartite Wage and Productivity Board, Region VII

8 Certification from the President of PADPAO-Region VII or other association within Region VII recognized by the PNP-CSG-SOSIA, that the daily wage presented is in accordance with their Memorandum of Agreement
