The Authority for the Digitization of Romania started on the 30.05.2023 implementation of the "Automation of work processes in the public administration" project financed by the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience" related to Investment 18 "Digital transformation and the adoption of technology for automating work processes in the public administration", componentC7 Digital transformation
The objective of this investment is to support digital transformation, increase productivity and resilience and reduce errors and processing time for requests (citizens) addressed to public authorities, by adopting process automation solutionsrobotic work hours - RPA) (automation of laborious, repetitive and rule-based tasks).
