The City of Newport News (the “City” or \"Owner\") is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City-s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement (https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva), to be received no later than Proposal Submission Date at Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time).The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor for the provision of all Work and Materials for the renovation of the First Floor of the Citys Public Safety Building, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.NOTE TO BIDDERS: BE SURE TO GIVE YOURSELF ADEQUATE TIME TO SUBMIT A BID.
