The subject of the competition is the design of a solution for the Public Services Center / Valaliky Industrial Park. The intention of the announcer is to find in the two (2) stages of the competition a proposal which, among the submitted proposals, best solves the requirements of the announcer in relation to the competition assignment. The goal of the first stage of the competition is to find the mosta more appropriate urban solution for the subject of the competition for advancing to the second stage. In the second stage of the competition, the advancing proposals from the first stage will be refined in terms of the competition conditions, the competition assignment and the jury's recommendations into an architectural and landscape concept for the solution of the territory and objects. They are the purposeit is more difficult to obtain a developer of a valuable urban, architectural and landscape solution for the urbanization of the Valaliky industrial park, for the new part of the center of public services and taking into account the spatial and technical possibilities, the natural features of the territory, as well as the financial possibilities of the advertiser.
