Tender Details

The client is responsible for its own buildings and carries out, among other things, ongoing remodeling and maintenance of buildings. The ordering party wishes to work with an advisor who can assist with advice and management in connection with conversions and maintenance.

The ordering party therefore offers a framework agreement forone (1) adviser who can assist with the following (non-exhaustive) tasks:

• General advice in connection with projects involving minor conversions, renovation and demolition tasks

• Assistance in connection with building inspection and review of annual maintenance status at each location (exterior )

•Ongoing advice regarding the preparation of building inspections and 10-year maintenance plans at the locations and advice in connection with the implementation of the maintenance works

• Follow-up on construction cases 1 5 years review and preparation of authority responses

• Services in connection with projectsr in the organisation, including ad-hoc qualification of ongoing other consultancy tasks, including construction consultancy tasks, e.g. in the construction program phase

• Tendering of tasks for total/main/subject contracts, as well as carrying out allocations based on the Principal's framework agreements (direct allocations/mini-tenders)

• Advisening tasks in connection with moisture issues, acoustics and interior design tasks regarding optimization of utilization of the building stock

• Consulting tasks in connection with digital building and drawing material (FM-dok/Byggeweb)

• Consulting tasks in connection with emergency insurance and fire cases
