CONAPINA, through the Public Purchase Unit (UCP), in accordance with articles 40 and 41 of the Procurement and Contracting Law of the Public Administration (LACAP), Article 41 of the Regulation of the Procurement and Contracting Law of the Public Administration (RELACAP) and Article 188 of the Public Purchases Law (LCP), submits to the present public bidding process No. LP-04/2023-Conapin ¿Supply and distribution of perishable foods (beef, chicken, Fish, sausages, eggs, dairy and bread) for centers of the National Council of Early Childhood, Childhood and Adolescents (Conapina) by 2023, which aims to guarantee the right to feed girls, boys and adolescents attended by the institution.
