Public tender under the Tendering Act of HVAC Works on the construction of general housing construction on Islandsgade 16 in Odense on behalf of FAB's delegated builder Jorton A/S
Task description: The contract is offered in a professional contract. The builder (Jorton A/S) will be responsible for the construction of 19 youth housing and 20 family homes on Islandsgade 16 in Odense on behalf of FAB. The construction is built as two (2) detached townhouses in 3½ floors with storage room and ventilation room in roof with saddle roofs. The construction must also be certified for DGNB gold. The contract includes the design and export of all plumbing works on the matrix as well as connection of supplies and all required permits. The contract includes the following: • Design (functional supply) • Construction water and connection/decoupling of sheds • Delivery and mounting of complete heating installation with underfloor heating in homes and radiators in common areas • Delivery and installation of complete utility water installation with district heating and exchanges in homes • Delivery and installation of complete drainage installation • Delivery and assembly of all sanitation • Technical insulation, adjustment, functional testing and instruction of operating staff Further description of the contract and conditions for the contracting contract are set out in the draft contract, with associated appendix. The contract is expected to be concluded with one contractor. The work must be carried out in accordance with AB 18 with the developers' special conditions as well as draft contracting contract with associated appendix.
