Short description of the procurement: Enefit Power AS manufacturing results in hazardous waste that needs to be handed over. The waste receiver must have a waste permit for this purpose. The waste receiver must arrange for the loading of hazardous waste, removal (transportation) and reception from the customer's object. The removal and transportation of hazardous waste is included in the price. The removal, reception and handling of waste must be carried out in accordance with the legislation in force in Estonia (Waste Act and other legislation). The waste recipient must provide the acceptance of waste in accordance with the consignment note of hazardous waste, the weighing of waste and the submission of the report on the basis of the price list applied once a month. The invoice needs to be specified in the waste code, name, weight and price. Hazardous waste generations are the Baltic power plant, the Estonian power plant, the Auvere power plant and the oil industry in Auvere. The waste is disposed of at the technologically suitable waste management site as close as possible to their place where the safety of human health and the environment is guaranteed.
