The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereinafter also "VZMR") is the supply of goods, which for the purposes of this VZMR is understood as the purchase of butyl rubber gloves. The goods are specified in detail in the specification of this VZMR (file "Appendix No. 1 - specification and price offer.xls"). Delivery of the goods will be realized by the bidderon as a whole in accordance with the conditions set out in the draft purchase contract, which is part of the tender conditions.
