1.The Provincial Government of Zambales, through the Trust Fund C.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 1, 800, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of 1 unit “DR Tech” Digital Radiographic Imaging Plate Wireless for San Marcelino District Hospital (SMDH)/Goods 44-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Provincial Government of Zambales now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty-One (21) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
