Tenders are invited for Purchase of 308.67 Metric Tons of Dolomite for Estates.
The Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (DPC), on behalf of Kurunegala Plantations Limited which operates under the purview of Non Cabinet Ministry of State Plantation Enterprise Reforms invites sealed bids from Bidders for the purchase of Dolomite for the Estates owned by Kurunegala Plantations Limited.
Bidders may obtain further information (if required) from Manager-Estates Monitoring & Co-ordination at the address given below or over Telephone No. 071- 6884084, 037-2223133 and Facsimile No.037-2229618 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language will be issued to Bidders on payment of Rs.2, 500/- which is non-refundable. (Working days from 28.02.2024 to 12.03.2024 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.)
Bidder should deposit a Bid Security of Rs. 50, 000/-in Cash/Bank Draft/Bid Bond (to be valid for 90 days with effect from 13.03.2024) to Kurunegala Plantations Limited and attach a copy of the receipt to the bid.
Bids shall be delivered to the Chairman - Procurement Committee, Kurunegala Plantations Limited, No. 80, Dambulla Road, Kurunegala
at or before 2.00 p.m. on 13.03.2024. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
