INVITATION TO RE-BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF AMBULANCE STRETCHER (PROCUREMENT OF DISASTER EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS)

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION (MDRRMF-70% of 5%)-DISASTER PREPAREDNESS intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (₱183, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF AMBULANCE STRETCHER (PROCUREMENT OF DISASTER EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS) HILONGOS GF-2024-08-178. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
