Tender Details

1. The inquiry concerns the purchase and delivery of: a low-speed, two-shaft, multi-blade mill.

2. Purpose of the subject of the order:

The subject of the order will be intended for the preliminary grinding of the segregated metallic fraction from the construction waste stream.

In this device, bThere will be input material described in point 3 below. With regard to the device in question and the processes carried out using it, we will expect at least two functionalities. Firstly, the grinding process will be carried out in order to homogenize the size of the processed mateinput material to optimize subsequent processes.

Another expected functionality of the device implemented in this process will be the separation/defractionation of complex multi-material structures of the input material.

The subject of the order will be an insta elementlation for recycling construction waste from subgroups 17 01 and 17 04, in particular waste from the demolition of industrial facilities and individual customer facilities, as well as waste reinforced concrete elements such as poles, sleepers, etc.

3. Input material:

Heterogeneous mixture of metals, both ferromagneticethical and non-ferrous. Heterogeneity both in the context of the types of metals, their species and the shapes and sizes of fractions.
