INVITATION TO BID

PURCHASE and DELIVERY of VEGETABLE SEEDS (Hybrid and POV)

1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through 2023-20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 ONLY (₱300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and delivery of vegetable seeds (Hybrid and POV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU of Bagabag now invites bids for the Purchase and delivery of vegetable seeds (Hybrid and POV). Delivery of the goods is required by ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
