The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [MOOE of the Municipal Social Welfare & Development Office-Special Purpose Appropriations (MSWDO-SPA) intends to apply the sum of [Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos Only (Php 293, 425.00)] being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Purchase and Production of ECCD Materials, Books and Manipulative Toys]. Bids and received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Purchase and Production of ECCD Materials, Books and Manipulative Toys].
