Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier must be 10 (Ten) years.b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Scanner or similar office equipment to any Govt./semi govt./autonomous or any other renowned organization of minimum BDT 50, 00, 000/- (Taka Fifty Lac) under 02 (Two) contracts in the last 04 (Four) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. Successful completion certificate from relevant procuring entity demonstrating the similar experience mentioning amount and duration of contract for supplying Scanner and providing related services will be acceptable as evidence of such experience. Notification of Award (NOA)/Work Order will not be acceptable as evidence of similar experience.(c) The minimum supply capacity of supplier per year is 400 (four hundred) nos and/or production capacity of its manufacturers are 1000 (One Thousand) units Scanner or related goods per year. d) The tenderer must have physical branches/offices in 08 Divisions(with trade licence) and support after sales service in 64 district of Bangladesh with detail address list.e) The tenderer must have an active online E-commerce shop/online store(website).f) The tenderer must submit a sample Scanner machine (returnable) with printed catalogue and manual at project head office (for the assessment of TEC/technical committee members).g) The tenderer must provide a basic operating training to a staff, (nominated by the head of district office) after installing the Scanner machines in 64 district offices.h) The tenderer must provide 01 year service warranty in 64 district office from the date of delivery of the products. i) Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) (Only OEM Authorization should be acc...
