Tenderer for the various medicines required in 12 months for the prescription pharmacy operating in the St. Margaret's Hospital in Budapest (including the magisterial preparations and the products financed with individual fairness), medical aids and eKbt wishes to purchase other products. On the basis of a framework agreement concluded with several tenderers on the basis of Section 104, paragraph (3), which framework agreement can be extended by 12 months. The case-by-case order, according to the conditions defined in the framework agreement according to § 104, paragraph (3), by direct order by the contracting authority from the tenderer selected in accordance with § 105 paragraph (2) point a)2/2008 on products that can be sold in pharmacies and must be kept in stock.
