Tender Details

The Cyprus Institute, seeks to acquire Computing hardware that includes storage servers, Nvme drives, hard disks and jbods. The hardware will be used to expand and upgrade the storage of the HPC system. With this competition, the Institute calls for tender applications to enhance the computing capacity of the existing HPC infrastructure hosted and operated by the Institute. Specifically, the acquisition and deployment of the HPC hardware will allow the users of the system to store more data and retrieve them faster. Number of Storage Servers to be purchased 3-4 Number of NVMe SSDs to be purchased 30-70 Number of HDDs to be purchased 120-200 This purchase is supported 70percent by the European Union Horizon2020 - Teaming Project EMME-CARE and 30percent by The Cyprus Institute. The maximum available budget is €189, 000.00 +VAT.
