1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the Drugs and Medicines for Halad Pangalagad 2024 approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Pesos and 40/100 Only (PhP 1, 499, 954.40) for Purchase of Drugs and Medicines for Halad Pangalagad 1st and 2nd Quarter C.Y, 2024 under Purchase Request Number 40-2024-01-0059 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
