1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the Drugs and Medicine for Halad Pangalagad CY 2025 (Account code: 5-02-03-070) approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos and 45/100 Only (PhP 1, 999, 937.45) for PURCHASE OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR HALAD PANGALAGAD 1st AND 2ND QUARTER CY 2025 UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 40-2025-01-0180 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
