The City Government of Bacoor, Cavite, through the Special Educational Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIxTY THREE PESOS and THIRTY FIVE CENTS (PhP4, 157, 963.35) being the total ABC for all lots indicated below. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
