The object of the contract: "PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC BUSES AND RELATED CHARGING STATIONS" within the project "PURCHASE OF NON-POLLUTING BUSES"
The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan of the Municipality of Satu Mare elaborated in 2016 - 2017 contains a series of measures aimed at improving the conditions ofurban mobility through the development of public transport and non-motorized modes of transport, generating a direct positive impact on the reduction of CO2 equivalent emissions, generated by motorized road transport at the level of the municipality of Satu Mare.
Following this objective, the City Hall municipiuiu Satu Mare intends to purchase electric, non-polluting buses and ensure the infrastructure for green transport by purchasing related charging stations, ensuring environmental sustainability through new public transport vehicles with zero emissions, thus also responding tothe need to modernize the public passenger transport fleet, which is a long-term solution in terms of solving the mobility needs of the population of all ages in the municipality of Satu Mare, ensuring a more accessible, safe and healthy living environment.
