The object of this procedure is the supply of an electric minibus, with a capacity of at least 19 seats, 1 seat for the driver including a the services ofthe accessories that must be insured during the warranty period related to them, according to the requirements of this specification.
The minibus purchased must be new, the first time it is used.
No "second-hand" or "refurbish" type minibuses are accepted.
Bidders have the obligation to complythe principles of DNSH (Do Not Significant Harm);
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 20 days, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications on the 15th day before the deadline submission of offers.
