1. The City of Bacolod, through the 2024 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Eighty - Seven Thousand Four Hundred Pesos [P 15, 087, 400.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Livelihood Project Recycling Machines to Produce Plastic Tiles, Pavers and Charcoal Briquetting for CCLDO use with PR# BAC-PB-24-05-0101. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Commitee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 120 days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
