FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FITTINGS FOR THE ExPANSION OF WATER PIPELINE (PUROK CALACHUCHI)

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Cawayan through the 20% EDF FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Eight Thousand Twenty Five Pesos (Php 78, 025.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials Fitings for the Expansion of Water Pipeline (Purok Calachuchi) Government Unit of Cawayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
