Description : 1. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [MOOE of the Municipal Health Office (MHO) in the approved 2024 General Fund Annual Budget by the 15th Sangguniang Bayan of Inopacan, Leyte appropriated for Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies Expenses with AIP Ref. Code 3000-200-3-1-11-001-002-000] intends to apply the sum of [Four Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Three Pesos Only (Php 448, 673.00)] being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Purchase of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies]. Bids and received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Purchase of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies].
