1. The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, through the PLM-s Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Board of Regents for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos (PhP1, 522, 334.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Identification No. 2024-G-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
