INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS
1. The LGU-Barangay 14, City of Cagayan de Oro, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2024 intends to apply the sum of 60, 000.00 being the ABC to payments for the purchase of Medical Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Barangay 14, City of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 7 days.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
