1. The Barangay Local Government of Galicia, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget of contract approved by the Barangay Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 70, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Motorboat Engine Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government of Galicia, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for Purchase of Motorboat Engine.. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
