The subject of the order is the delivery of a new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with full equipment for the Sadowne Volunteer Fire Department

The delivered bus must meet all the requirements specified by Polish law and standards.

The built-up and equipped vehicle must meet the requirements of:

- the Law onroad traffic,

- regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment,

- regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007

on the list of products intended to ensurepublic safety or protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use,

- regulation of the Ministers of: Interior and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of March 22, 2019 on special vehicles

and used for special purposes by the Police, the Internal Security Agency, the Foreign Intelligence Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anticorruption Bureau, the Border Guard, the State Protection Service, the National Tax Administration, the Prison Service and the fire brigadeary,

- PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 standards.
