select one of the following reasons for not participating in the tender:
o Requirements are outside our ordinary activities
o There is not enough time to prepare a tender
o Lack of current resources to undertake further work
o Tender submitted by an authorized distributor in the destination country
o The company is participating as a subcontractor of another main tenderer.
