The books are printed books in Estonian and foreign languages, continued editions, educational materials, etc., which are purchased by the supplier on an ongoing basis as needed and based on the Minister of Culture's Regulation of 12.07.2004 No. 9 "Public Library Work Organization Guide" and the Directive of the Director of the Tallinn Central Library on 17 November 2020 nr 1-2/57 "Collection of information". The exact quantity and titles of the books to be ordered cannot be predicted in advance. The procurer concludes a framework contract with bidders who meet the conditions stipulated in the basic documents of public procurement.
