Tenders are invited for Purchase Reagents and Medicines Centrally by Dm .
At the same time, the participants of the competition are required to strictly comply with the requirements of the Regulation "On the procedure for the wholesale realization of medicines and medical supplies" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 185 dated June 4, 2017. In this case, the participants are required to have an appropriate license, certificates of conformity of medicines and medical supplies, and to present these licenses and certificates of conformity to carry out pharmaceutical activities related to the wholesale sale and storage of medicines and medical supplies. Also, according to the regulation, the price of the proposed drug should not exceed 15% of the purchase price (for importers) and 15% of the selling price (for domestic manufacturers), regardless of the number of intermediaries. and should not exceed the reference price .

The participant of the competition must submit a filled-in form on the composition of the founders of the organization (Appendix 5) .
In order to ensure that the participant does not withdraw his offer before the end of the competition period, 5% of the announced total purchase amount of the proposed medicine is transferred to the bank account of the state institution "Uzmedimpeks" until the winner is determined ( 1 - the amount in the appendix ) is required to pay zakat (Appendix 6). Bids of participants who have not submitted a document confirming the payment of Zakat will not be considered.
