Short Description of the Procurement: Buying an expert service to support the objectives of the Smart Poide Network Development project ("Digital Gemini Program of the Estonian Sea Gemini") to support the objectives of the goals. The expert supports the project with technical and sector -based knowledge. The aim is to enter into an agency contract for the duration of the project. The aim of the smart -powder network development project is to develop an innovative prototype of the smart pilot network with innovative sensory, energy, communications and data management software solutions and its piloting in harsh Baltic Sea conditions (Estonian marine areas). The project creates a prototype of smart blows (platforms) and a prototype of a data management platform that supports them, which is a prerequisite for creating a digital twin of the sea.
