1. The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND SIXTY-ONE PESOS AND THIRTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (PHP 154, 061.37) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF SOLAR PORTABLE GENERATOR WITH SOLAR PANEL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD now invites bids for the above procurement project, particularly described as follows:
