Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF SPORTS UNIFORMS, SPORTS MATERIALS AND TYPES OF EQUIPMENT AND TABLE OFFICIATING

1. The SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY of CUPANG MUNTINLUPA CITY, through its duly approved ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM 2024 (AIP 2024) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (P1, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLIES AND DELIVERY OF SPORTS UNIFORMS, TABLE OFFICIATING AND SPORTS MATERIALS. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CUPANG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15-20 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (4) WEEKS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
