PURCHASE OF TABLES, CHAIRS & TENTS

1. The Local Government Unit - Dolores, through the Capital Outlay of Mayor-s Office intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php320, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Tables, Chairs & Tent/PB-G-24-004 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit-Dolores now invites bids for the Purchase of Tables, Chairs & Tents Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) Calendar Days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
