INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF TENTS AS TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES
1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the MDRRMO(Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office & MSWDO Office(Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office) (DRRMF 2024: Response), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (P150, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF TENTS AS TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
