Procurement of vacuum therapy devices by operating an outsourced warehouse, in 3 parts.
The Bidder may deviate by 100% (optional part) from the basic quantities prescribed for each part - without changing the unit price or other contractual terms.charges the Bidder a fee (2.5% of the br. value of the goods used) for its operation,
- the amount to be compulsorily delivered as the starting basic stock of the outsourced goods warehouse is made available to the successful Bidder separately in parts before the conclusion of the contract,
- TheThe deadline for the first replenishment of the placed goods warehouse is 5 working days after the contract comes into force.
- The Tenderer usually sends the bids to the Bidder every two weeks, otherwise, depending on the supply, the Bidder is entitled to draw at shorter intervals.
- The displayed priceThe Bidder must complete the replacement of warehouse stock within 3 working days after notification by the Bidder (sending a withdrawal statement).
- In the case of an out-of-order order, the Bidder is obliged to deliver within 3 days-
