Interested and eligible bidders can purchase the bid documents by paying a non-refundable fee of birr 200 (Two hundred) in Main Branch office charge fee Account No 411004-02-003 at Sidama Bank available during the working hours starting from December 21/2023 at 8.30. am at Addis Ababa. Rania Apartment Building 1st Floor.
The bidders shall enclose the original and each copy of the technical and financial proposal documents in separate sealed envelopes duly marking the envelopes.
The Bid submission will be closed on January 03/2024 at 2:30 pm and will be open on the same date January 03/2024 at 3:00 pm in the presence of bidders if necessary, in the banks mentioned address
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to birr 200, 000(Two hundred thousand) in the form of CPO or an unconditional Bank counter-guarantee in the name of SIDAMA BANK S.C.
Bid documents will be issued at Addis Ababa, Mekwor Plaza Building 3d Floor312(Sera Lion Avenue, in front of Global Hotel).
Bids must be delivered to, and will be opened at Facility Management Department, after 15 consecutive days of this announcement Mekwor Plaza Building 3rd Floor.
