Description : Description

1. The Local Government Unit of Buluan, Maguindanao Del Sur intends to Purchased the Total Sum of Seven Million Pesos (7, 000, 000.00) only being approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Relief Goods use in flood affected families in Buluan Maguindanao Del Sur.

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Late bids shall not be accepted.



3. Completion of Project is required within Forty Five (45) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Forty Five from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



4.
