Interested bidders could obtain further information from the Administrative Officer, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, 04th Floor, Kachcheri Complex, RO. Box No. 29, and bid documents could be purchased upon payment of the non-refundable bid documents fee to the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services from 14.02.2022 to 08.03.2022 during office days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Duly perfected bids in duplicate marked as original and duplicate inserted in two separate sealed covers and both enclosed in one sealed envelope of which the top left-hand corner marked as “Purchasing of HLCS & ETU equipment for BME/MEQ/PSSP/HLCS & ETU 2022, Purchasing of Laboratory Equipment for BME/MEQ/PSSP/LAB/2022” should be sent by registered post or
deposited in the Bid Box kept at the above address at or before 10.30 a.m. on 09.03.2022. Late bids will be rejected and bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
