Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Pyrotechnic Ignitors - Qty 24 each. This requirement is sole sourced to SAFRAN POWER UNITS DALLAS, INC, 2709 FORUM DR., GRAND PRAIRIE Tx 75052-8927 as the only vendor able to produce these specific ignitors compatible with the associated machine. These are direct replacement consumable parts. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0117 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
