Tenders are invited for QAR Data for Machine Learning

Technical subject matter: To develop aircraft performance models that covers a representative fleet of aircraft, EUROCONTROL ASU unit would like to subscribe to a service that enables the access, the processing, and the modelling of QAR data.
The build model Eurocontrol expect from the tenderer QAR data from up to 100 of the most commonly used aircraft ICAO types, encompassing 1, 500 flights per aircraft type with an equitable distribution across engine types
