1.The Philippine Army, through the Philippine Army Appropriation FY 2025 with Advice of Sub-Allotment No: 2200-2025-0001 dated 02 January 2025 and with Fund source: RA12116 - PS valid until 31 December 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIxTY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PhP233, 761, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 66, 789 sets Philippine Army Pattern (PHILARPAT) Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) 2 with Ball Cap under QM PABAC1 040-25.
