Quadrennial Term Contract for the Maintenance of Town Gas Installations at Various Venues of Security and Vehicles Services Division
Description:-The scope of works includes replacement, alteration, addition and improvement works (AA&I), customer advice, inspection, examination, testing, adjustment, fully comprehensive servicing and maintenance of Town Gas Installations for the venues of Security and Vehicle Services Division. The contract is scheduled to commence in April 2025 for expiry in March 2029.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Catering Equipment Installation” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Catering Equipment Installation” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Catering Equipment Installation” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned appro...
