The services integrate the manufacturing activity on the basis of an industrial file (study of the completeness of the file, production of prototype, qualification of the product) and management of obsolescence and RATP directives, for the manufacture and receipt of signaling cabinet componentsation in PHPI technology on the
RATP networks.
The PHPI equipment (hybrid station with computer process) is composed of:
- The cabinet: mechanical structure equipped with drawers receiving electronic cards (6U format),
electrical components on DIN rail, wired connections,
- The plug: cLarge printed circuit board (IC) mounted on an imposed mechanical structure: 1800mm x 680mm (up to 40 layers)
- The CFE catalog: SIL4 safety-certified electronic cards, multi-touch pluggable with through-hole components and/or CMS in assembly ROHS
Companies will be able to be qualified on one or more of these elements
